We are happy to provide free shipping on all orders for delivery within India. We strive to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We currently deliver to select cities across India. Shipping time is 3 - 5 business days for "Available in Stock" items for all cities in India, and for pin codes away from cities the delivery may take up to 7 business days, but we will try to complete the delivery within in 5 business days, and 20-24 business days for "Custom Design" or Made To Order items for cities all over India. Raj Diamonds serves to selected cities only.

DELIVERY TO IDENTIFIED PERSON:

Customer needs to enter the correct details of consignee / recipient name (as stated in their photo identification issued by the government of India) with complete address, nearby landmark, pin code and contact number for hassle free delivery. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature confirmation from the recipient. Your product will only be shipped once the issuing bank approves your payment. You may be required to send scanned copy of your id for proof of shipping address to email us or whatsapp (+8050009618), prior to shipping of the product. Our customer service may contact you for additional information if required. After your product is shipped, you will obtain an order tracking number via email. You can track your shipment by visiting the logistic partner website in which the shipment has been done.

CANCELLATION POLICY FROM RAJ DIAMONDS

In case of any discrepancy we have the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information of the customer for the purpose of accepting orders in a few cases. We make sure to notify you if in case your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order.

CANCELLATION FROM CUSTOMER

Once you place the order it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Once the cancellation request is received, we will initiate the process of refunding the amount to your account via the same payment mode that you had used to make the transaction within 7-10 business days.

In case of Customer who has ordered “Made to order, and/or custom made products” can cancel his order only before it is handed over for manufacturing. In case of Made to order and Custom made products, Customer cannot cancel the Product once it is approved and processed for manufacturing.
